The simplest and easiest way to upload images.

Uploading images is the first step to becoming an artist and earning an income. Photokore’s upload system makes it easy for you to upload and manage your files to submit.

The system’s major functions are:

1. Automatic Size Check (files should be larger than 6MP)
2. Automatic Resolution Conversion (to 300 ppi)
3. Automatic Illustrator Version Check (accepts AI 8.0 or higher versions)  
4. Metadata and Release Information - Copy and Paste function
5. Sales Territories Selection
6. All Image Submission, or Selected Image Submission

The upload process consists of 4 steps.

Step 1. Uploading New Files
After clicking Upload button , the upload page will open.

On this page, you can see your images’ status, review the guidelines, download necessary files, and go to tutorial pages.

Each image status has the following meaning.

Uploaded Files: Total number of images that you’ve uploaded.
On Sale: Images that are on our site for sale.
Being Prepared: Images that are going through the Image Inspection Process
Rejected: Images that were rejected by our inspection team.
Pending: Images that are waiting to begin the Image Inspection Process.
Resubmit: Images that must be resubmitted as they contain items that need to be removed, or are missing necessary releases.
Unfinished Upload: Images that you uploaded, but have not completed the Submission process.

When you want to upload images, click the Upload (Photos/Illustrations, Vector) button and a new window to upload images will appear. By clicking the Select Files button, you can browse your computer to find the files you want to upload. After selecting the files you want to upload, click the Start Upload button.

Step 2. Manage Files & Metadata

After your images are uploaded, you’ll be directed to Step 2 where you can fill in Metadata. By selecting each file, you can input, edit, and delete Metadata such as Title, Description and Keywords. You can do this for multiple files by using the Copy and Paste function.

Step 3. Release Information 

If your image contains recognizable people or property, you should attach the relevant release to your image (otherwise, you can skip this process). By clicking the Go to My Release button, you can manage all of your releases.

Step 4. Review Prior to Submitting Files

If you want to sell your images in selected countries only, you can select sales territories here. Your images will not be sold in the countries or territories marked with an X.

Finally, you can either submit just the files you selected (click on Submit Selected Files button), or all of your files (click on Submit All Files button).
